Chef Dave Fouts Joins WLS Channel Faculty

Charismatic cookbook author and WLS post-op David Fouts, known as the “world’s first bariatric chef,” has joined the faculty of the Weight Loss Surgery Channel and will host a new cooking show to debut this spring. After losing 200 pounds after bariatric surgery in 2002, Fouts began researching how to create pouch-friendly recipes that still tasted great.
