After losing 200 pounds after bariatric surgery in 2002, Fouts began researching how to create pouch-friendly recipes that still tasted great. Now, as the newest member of the Weight Loss Surgery Channel faculty, his mission is to make mealtime enjoyable again for viewers who are learning new, healthy ways of eating post-op.
