    I believe avoiding highly processed foods is the first step for you to lose weight. They could taste good, but prepared foods contain very little nutritional value, making you eat more only to have enough energy to get with the day. When you are constantly consuming these foods, switching to grain and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more strength while eating less. Good blog post. Weight Loss
