For this week, Carla shares a quick tip that delivers quick results: Metabolism Boosting Exercises! In less than 10 minutes a day, you can make a huge difference in your stamina and weight loss efforts. Here’s how:

  • First thing in the morning, get your heart rate up to the maximum you are able. Literally, hop out of bed and run in place, sprint up and down stairs, dance around your bedroom — whatever gets your blood pumping, do it with all your might, until you feel you’ve given ALL you truly can for about a minute and half.
  • Now, stop…catch your breath for a minute, and then repeat your burst of activity for another 90 seconds. That’s it!
  • Do this again once mid-day, and once in the evening or before you go to bed. Three times a day, for just a couple of minutes at a time, get your heart rate up to the max. Do this every day for the next seven days and just watch what happens!

To become the type of person you wish to be, you’re going to have to do things differently — one step at a time, one bite at a time.
