FuelUpColl32 smallerThe National Dairy Council and National Football League have teamed up to create healthier students.

The new “Fuel Up to Play 60” plan empowers kids to participate in the nutrition and fitness programs their schools offer. It’s for students in grades four through ten. Each participating school receives a free kit with resources that inspire students to stay active at least 60 minutes a day, and to eat healthy foods. The kit is also designed to motivate kids to spread the healthy message to others around their school.

Last year, more than 40,000 schools ordered the kits. This year, students who participate can earn points through healthy activities, and can use their points to compete for prizes.
